Santorum's smile is so bright it subdues his halo. [The Santorum problem, of course, is what is between his smile and his halo.]
The ass is looking for attention. either that or he is channeling the crazy general character from Dr. Strangelove. (That movie charater talks about keeping his bodily fluids pure.)
