As a long time -
and long suffering - fan of the Detroit Lions, I must protest this unfair characterization of the team as the longest of long shots (i.e. "no chance"). Sure, they had an
0-16 season, but that was two years ago. They are much better now. Saying that Trump's chance of becoming president is less than the Lion's winning the Super Bowl means that
it could happen.

Cogent analysis from the likes of Sauerkrauthammer is definitely less likely than the Lions lifting the Lombardi trophy after a 73-0 shellacking of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
I was a Lions fan during the Barry Sanders era. I will never forget their 38-6 victory over the Cowboys in the 1991 divisional playoff. Greatest Lions game I ever saw. Too bad the Redskins routed them the following Sunday.
I'm glad no one, as yet, has suggested throwing Chuck to the Lions.
