Only after the Surgeon General declares that consuming alcohol may be hazardous to your health. Cigarettes were so declared in 1964. So if alcohol were similarly declared today, I'd say we'd see pictures of diseased livers on bottles in about, oh, 46 years or so. ;)
I think that every bottle of liquor should be prominently labeled with a photograph of Lindsay Lohan. No text necessary.
