2010 election result:

Obama is now on his own.

He won't get any help from the House or the Senate for the next two years. Let's see how he handles it.

As defeated Democratic incumbant Henry Fincher put it,

“The president poisoned the well,”
said Fincher. “State-wide people just aren’t voting for Democrats.”

The loss is still fresh and the Democrats are still in shock. Obama is still blaming George Bush for all of the problems he "inherited" nearly two years ago. But that excuse is way past its expiration date. Obama hasn't really cost the Democratic party anything until yesterday. Obama just cost the Democrats big. Lost the House. Nearly lost the Senate. Lost 9 governors, 17 state legislatures and god knows how many lessor offices. His response is a press conference where he blames Bush, says he "takes responsibility", but with no consequences to him.

Now he's taking a $200,000,000 per day vacation in India while the Democrats nurse their wounds and clean the blood off the walls.

Watch for open discussion of impeachment from Democrats in the next two months as the reality sets in of what Obama just did to the Democratic Party and how little he cares.

Umm, dude? The voters are also blaming Bush. Obama comes in third behind the banksters and our miserable failure of an ex-president.

Yes but they can't impeach Bush.

Nothing puts a smile on the face of a liberal quite like fantasizing about the killing of a Republican.

Pres. Obama may be hung but he won't be hanged. And who's smiling at jms, whoever she is?
