Well lets see, do we want to emulate European liberal democracies or Latin American banana republics? Tough choice.

If you add the people that like the bill with the people that don't like it because it is not liberal enough; you get a near 10% plurality. And the folks that don't think it is liberal enough ain't gonna vote for the dark side.
