If you disagree with Senate Republicans, they will stop being nice to you.
It seems as if David Brooks is going through a personal crisis post Bush/Cheney. His columns since Obama became President have been calls for help, to save him from his former enablement of Bush/Cheney and somehow retain his conservative credentials.
