People who keep pythons and chimps as pets are insane:I do not understand why this is allowed. The potential for harm is great (especially if the animals get out into the wild) and the upside is the gratification of a very few. The current set of domesticated animals should be enough. (Also, let's not pretend that ferrets are domesticated.)

Whats the matter with ferrets? I have a ferret and she follows me around the house and tries to get me to play with her and pay attention to her when she is not sleeping. kinda like a cat.
