The man's inability to perform his duties as Chairman should have been the reason to strip him (Katrina anyone?); let alone the statements about Obama being a jew hating muslim that is not qualified to be Prez.
Glen Greenwald sums it up pretty well today. Over the past eight years there has not been an opposition party in the Senate. Name one major Bush initiative that did not go through with flying colors. Only one I can think of is privatizing Social Security, but that was toxic to Repubs thanks to AARP. Tax cuts for the rich (w/ huge deficits), tearing up treaties, war, torture, illegal spying, more war, bail-outs etc. are all OK with the Dems.
