Obama being born in Hawaii. So maybe that issue has finally been put to rest.
Interestingly, at the same time the DOW fell 700 points, and sliped a bit more the next day, reaching a record low for this year.

Why not? If Obama wins the election and implements his agenda, the result will be a business crash, a recession, and possibly a prolonged depression.
The stock market crashes every time Obama's advantage increases. Haven't you been noticing that?
It's because businessmen know that Obama's plan is a knife pressed up against the small-business heart of the economy.
I first thought jms was being satirical, but the way it finished I think it is serious.
Of course, anyone who was not aware of the impending housing bubble and credit bubble burst at least three years back should tell me about the reason for the stock market drop. By the way jms, the fact is Obama's tax plan (that I in no way believe will be instituted due to the mess we are in), would have no effect on 98% of small businesses.
