I know this might turn the election, but it was the Butcher of Baghdad himself that ghost wrote that book. He had a softness towards Barack as they have "Hussein" in common.
Pish Posh! Osama bin Laden himself wrote the book! He personally dictated every word to Obama as Obama sat at his feet in mountain cave in Pakistan. That's how John McCain knows how to find bin Laden, he's just going to follow Obama around until he leads us right to him!
