McCain campaign manager Rick Davis told Fox News this morning that Sarah Palin won't be doing any media interviews "until the point in time when she'll be treated with respect and deference," and when Palin would be "comfortable" doing it.

She's answering their slanders by dissing them. It's almost as if she is daring the MSM to take it up another notch. Do you think the MSM are smart enough not to take the bait? So far their behavior has been appalling and it's pissing voters off. How far does this go before the MSM snaps to and starts treating her respectfully like an ordinary VP candidate, or does the hysteria continue right up through the election?
