Beginning immediately, all active-duty Army soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan will serve 15-month tours — three months longer than the usual standard, Defense Secretary Robert Gates said Wednesday.

Nope. They all enlisted during wartime. When you enlist in the army during wartime you accept the possibility that you may be called to serve for the duration of the war.

A draft is when you're forced to enlist. Sad that you can't understand the difference.
