Apparently you missed the part where he declared war on Iran. We've started by raiding the Iranian embassy in Irbil, North Iraq, and we have their diplomats in custody.
I couldn't bear to watch Bush reading painfully from a teleprompter.He was less prone to errors than in the past, but Bush seemed in agony trying to get through the speech. The content of the speech was pretty painful, too.
