Bush could decide on a nuclear strike against Iran, pleasing the neocons and silencing critics who say he's done nothing to combat global warming.
It's a win for everybody.

Unlikely that he would use that as a public reason for that would be admitting that there is such a thing as global warming. We all know of course that it is only a myth/hoax created by America-haters to destroy the US economically because it would be impossible by fair means.
