Questions:

President Bush (15 Sep 2006):
... Common Article III says that there will be no outrages upon human dignity. It's very vague. What does that mean, "outrages upon human dignity"?
National Security Adviser Stephen Hadley (17 Sep 2006):
I'm saying that nobody knows what humiliating treatment is. What does it mean?
Indeed, these are difficult questions.

How can you have an "outrage upon human dignity" or "humiliating treatment" when it's only happening to brown foreigners who aren't even Christian? Now if Stephen Hadley was subjected to the same treatment - that would be an outrage!
