- Indecisiveness is related to impulsitivity in the sense that while the latter takes no realistic account of the consequences of the actions, the former precludes effective action altogether.
Well, Bush certainly thinks very highly of himself, makes value judgments (how many times have you heard him talk of "good" and "evil"?), and could be considered intolerant in some ways. But is he impulsive? Or indecisive? And where in the Dry Drunk Syndrome is there room for Bush's manic exercise regimen?

Dry Drunk + Cokeheadlessness + Unresolved Son-of-a-President Oedipal Issues + Fratboyism + a Cabal of Nixon-Era Fascists and/or Neoconservatives = The Presidency of George W. Bush
i know this guy, paul, who's the iconic example of dry cokehead syndrome:
1) lazy - and becomes resentful, mean and even dangerous if pushed to do more than a bare minimum - if only he had a crawford ranch to escape to, it would do the entire world a favor, actually
2) republican
3)thinks he's waaay smarter than he actually is, but is a to-the-bone rube (who'd have to look up the definition of 'rube')
4) believes that he's got everyone fooled into believing what a nice, easy going guy he is (ask his wife: she knows better), when in fact, he's a vindictive, bitter bigot with a "blame the victim" mentality
5) exhibits all the traits of a full-blown using cokehead but is (reputedly) "dry" - though, again, his wife might tell you something different...
in short, Bush's less affluent twin with an east coast accent instead of the fake texas twang.. hi paul!
