Overall, New York State will get $183.7 million, which is a 20 percent drop from last year. New Yorkers just aren't as valuable as Wyomes!
Well, of course, Wyoming is more important than New Yorkers ... or Californians for that matter!
Just look at a typical presidential election. It takes 3.7 New Yorkers and 3.9 Californians to equal the vote of 1 Wyoman.
They would, therefore, be more responisble for the idiot in the White House. But the last two elections were stolen so we can't blame them too much.
