UPDATE: Portions of the speech have been released and Bush really did say "worth it". Excerpts of Bush's speech:

Looks like it's going to be a contentless speech. Amazing.

It was also the head, in huge type, on the Metro my husband picked up on the train this a.m. My first thought when I saw it was, "Wow! A great big fuck-you to George W. by the media where the world can actually see it." Maybe the worm is finally turning.
