This is about (a) changing the subject re DeLay, (b) fund-raising for '06 and '08, (c) getting voters motivated for '06 and '08, and (d) setting the table for a fight to pack the federal courts with Scalia clones (the only possible cure for "an out-of-control liberal judiciary").
