Flip-flop:
U.S. Boosts Tsunami Aid Tenfold to $350M

The United States is pledging $350 million to help tsunami victims, a tenfold increase over its first wave of aid, President Bush announced Friday.

Isn't it actually 23-1/3rd times bigger than their first offering of $15 million?

...not that it matters much.

This may just be the closest he will come to admitting he made a mistake and rectifing that mistake. It may be a turning point and a step in the right direction.
